I know, I know. I haven't updated this blog in ages.

Whyyy would you deprive us of your well thought out and awesome posts, Kate?

Two reasons

1) Busyness. Uni. Work. Other stuff I do.

2) I haven't found much going on in the Arashi fandom lately. I KNOW they released a CD like a week ago and I'm WAITING FOR MINE and I will probably get back into them after I receive it. But lately, I have been into these guys.

HAHA THEY LOOK GAY is probably what you're thinking, which might be true but hey I like a lot of ghey things, like Arashi and their RAINBOWS. MORE GHEY THINGS. PLZ. And their hair is like mine if I style it so I'm over the whole, "OMGZ SXC HAIR" And yeah Australian woo~ I got tickets to their Perth show and got their album on Monday so it's been on my iPod since Wednesday :P Btw they're called Short Stack. And I like their pop rocky tunes. Granted, their vocals are not the best but they make up for it in hairspray and drums (Seriously I love some of their drumming). I think the singer (Shaun) is hot in a really feminine scene way but he looks like a pissed off cat sometimes. Please tell me I'm the only one who doesn't see this.

ANYWAYS I've been following them on twitter before I even knew them because they were hilarious. And I've noticed this trend when they tweet. One will tweet, then a minute later another one will, then the other. Check this out, enlarge it plz:

So this is what happens when you don't frequent the asianfanatics galleries twice a week. I get a big blast of Sakurai Sho hotness in my face and I can't handle it so I have to fangirl in my blog. He is the one person who can look sexy, cute and hot in different shoots. I hope that makes sense. Argh I love his cheeks I DON'T CARE IF HE LOOKS LIKE A CHIPMUNK HE IS A HOT CHIPMUNK.

Oh yes, sorry for the lack of updates but RL has become busy. Like... last week a car hit my bus so I have been bitching and moaning about it all week on twitter and going to the chiropractor 3 times a week... plus I started uni which is WHY I'm catching buses in the first place so I guess I have better things to do than post blogs about a Japanese boyband. I'm sure everyone is missing my blogs though cos I am so behind in the Arashi fandom. xD

Ok so as far as dramas go for this season I have started Orthros no Inu which seems interesting but I don't have subtitles and it's a lot more complex than The Quiz Show (The Quiz Show had easy dialogue to me... this show doesn't, so I'm lost about 80% of the time. xD). I also downloaded Door to Door, which is what Nino is in. It's not really a drama it's like a TV movie thing. I still have to watch that. And I downloaded the final three episodes of The Quiz Show subtitled but I cbf watching them cos I know what happens and argh I hate the ending still (besides the whole Honma having his arm around Kamiyama thing in the poppy field, hot). Can there be like a TQS 3 where Kamiyama goes to jail and becomes Honma's bitch?

Er I totally hate using Windows. My Macbook recharger broke so I have to use it, although it's MUCH better after I installed Safari. OMFG KATE LIKES AN ENGLISH SPEAKING BAND? Yeah fuck off. :DD (Actually, most of the bands I listen to DO sing in English, I just have like a few favourite bands that are foreign, really, check my last.fm if you don't believe me AND this music is my preferred type of music. Arashi like pop is not usually in my books, lol)

I have found a band who has nicer hair than me~ I don't know if I should be jealous or not.

Funny story, I have followed the far right dude's twitter for months.

I knew he was in Short Stack, but I wasn't into their music.

He was just that funny that I followed him... and even replied to him a few times.

But I heard they're music and they're pretty talented for their age. I wouldn't say they're amazing musicians but they're extremely good for 20's. Plus, they're cute. LOL!

Okay yes I've been obsessed with this girl for months.

Seriously, she's one of the most amazing female vocalists I've ever heard.

I love her voice in ballads, pop music or electronic (Her album is pretty diverse). Even in the Epik High song - One, which is hip hop.

Her voice is so eerie and beautiful. She is better than so much of the female pop singers out today. I guess if she didn't sing in Korean she'd have a shot at the Australian charts, but her songs are perfect in Korean.

Arashi member Sakurai Sho has had a very busy year so far. He was the lead actor in a movie, made appearances in many TV shows as a regular member, and also played the main character in a TV drama series.

The drama series in which he played the lead role is called ‘THE QUIZ SHOW’ and recently he finished shooting the final scene. He then had to head straight to a different studio to appear in the news program ‘NEWS ZERO’ as a regular newscaster.

Sakurai: “The last scene we shot was the drama’s climax.

In the scene I had to ‘cry’ a lot.

I think it was the most I cried after becoming an adult.

After filming the climax, I felt sort of dazed because I was tired from all the crying and also because I was elated about completing the drama.

I knew this would happen.

Sho has had such a busy year. In a span of four months, he was in a movie AND a drama playing the main character.

And Arashi, so far in 2009 they've released 3 singles.

Not to mention the shows Arashi do, and News Zero which is what he does on a weekly basis.

And he was told to lose weight for Kamiyama (I'm not 100% sure why, to look neglected?), so he looked pretty thin during The Quiz Show. I think he actually ended up underweight... so I doubt that can be good with this.

Johnny, please give him a break. I don't want anything bad to happen to him.

PPPS: I DO NOT LIKE SHO'S NEW HAIRCUT! IT'S TOO SHORT! Brings out his features too much! xD I WOULD SEX AIBA'S NEW HAIR! Aiba seems to get hairstyles that suit him SO well, fit his face perfectly. Jun freaked me out in the screencap in Smile where he had VERY SHORT HAIR, but luckily it was a wig (I think my twitter list DIED when they saw him with short hair)... I guess I do like Jun's massive LION HAIR! Nino's hair I still LOVE TO DEATH SAME WITH OHNO! That is where I stand with Arashi hairstyles.

PPPPS: In that recent photoshoot where they have the cup phones, I am very disappointed with the lack of Sakumiya. I saw EVERY OTHER OTP except Sakumiya. I was so disappointed, but the Sakuraiba ones made up for it. (To be honest I'd prefer to see another photoshoot with kinky!Aiba [see a few entries back] and submissive!Sho/Kamiyama putting that pink chain to use... I CAN THINK THIS NOW LOUDLY! I HATED THE ENDING.

For a show that was AMAZING in suspense and twists all the way through, they could've... you know... had such a better ending. Actually they had the potential to have an absolutely phenomenal ending.

I guess I was after a sad ending, or a twist ending and I got a scene that looks like Tellitubbie Land. It just feels so... incomplete with that ending and I don't believe someone like Kamiyama would be so forgiving towards Honma (or so it seemed). It was predictable at the end of last episode what really happened.

They should redo Episode 10 lmao.

I don't know whether or not to criticise the pacing or not. I felt they released things a bit late, like... Kamiyama wasn't in the hospital until episode 7 and the hospital was a pretty damn big piece of the plot. But because they kept releasing new things at the end of most episodes, it made me want it more badly.

Acting wise... I will pay attention to Sho and Yoko mainly. xD

I have never seen Sho act before. I'm pretty impressed with him actually. I had this impression he was going to be AWFUL for some reason so I never watched a Sho drama because I thought I might hate him if he sucked at acting (Yeah don't ask) but I was pretty interested in TQS plot, so I thought UWAH~ SHO BEING A CREEPY EXTREMELY HOT MEAN PSYCHOPATHIC MC (Yeah I missed something in the translation obviously). ANYWAY he was awesome. He did this awesome eye rolley thing and you could see he was DEPENDENT on Honma and scared of him at the same time...

But Yoko man Yoko steals the sho (did you see what I did there? xD). He was SO AMAZING UWAH~ I feel sympathy for him because he made Honma such a believable character. And you actually SAW him transform from a crazy psycho to a CRAZY psycho towards the end. It was a very slow transition which made it very believable and then of course at the end he had COMPLETELY lost it.

tl;dr Ending sucked and Yoko for a drama award for Best (Supporting?) Actor

Soundtrack 20/10... 10 for instrumentals, 10 for Arashi

I think that sums it up.

I originally woke up at 6 AM to download this because I start work today at 1 PM (I have commitments in the morning) but didn't get time to finish updating (fyo; I'm requesting next Sunday off not because of TQS, but because of Sundays being a bad day for me to work anyway) so I finished work and here is my review/spam/whatever.

MOVING ONTO THE EPISODE!

To be honest, I didn't understand much of this episode. Why? My sound was down for some of the episode so I missed some audio, then it started working again and I was like, "WUT IS HAPPENING?" but I rewatched it and understand completely noaw and even translated some of it.

Onto Honyama as per usual...

Here is where my tension totally rose.

I can't work out if I hate Honma...

he shoves Kamiyama onto a bed and does not make out with him.

I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED BY HIS APPEARANCE! Usually he is clever about it - but this time he just walks up to Saejima. For heavens sake she was in a park, you could've hung from the trees or come down on a hot air balloon - be creative and creepy!

Note to the Quiz Show makers, do NOT have a conversation between two important characters with Sho looking COMPLETELY FUCKING ADORABLE IN THE BACKGROUND! Do you think I'm going to pay attention to them? YOU CANNOT RESIST THE CUTE!

+50 points to me for guessing Saejima's past to some extent. I knew it couldn't be a coincidence! (Do pregnant ladies smile and rub their bellies at the same time? I think they made their point of her being pregnant and happy lol)

I AM SO GOING TO ADOPT AFTER SEEING THIS BABY! SO CUTE LOOK AT IT'S HANDS!

This girl MUST be a model of some kind irl. She's so pretty and cute! And her smile is so cute! Honma and Kamiyama have good taste in girls. I wish I had a nice smile like that. She has the Colgate smile. Seriously if she is not a model, erm... someone should hire her... forsure.

LOL HONMA IN SCHOOL UNIFORM SO DORKY!

I LOL'D SO HARD AT HONMA'S LAUGH! It reminded me of that scene in Death Note where Light laughs, except Honma sounded stupid for some reason. Nothing beats Kamiyama's nervous laughs though, "HOUW HOUW" or something like that.

I must say Honma was certainly... more emotional than usual. It's very interesting. I believe I saw a transition this episode from creepy Honma to very creepy Honma. It was a bit subtle... but definitely evident. To be honest, I don't like very creepy Honma. I can only handle creepy Honma. Very creepy Honma is so full of... RAAAAGE. I do realise he was always in this "dark" stage since the series began but... now he's stuck in it: gone too far: won't be able to come out. I said it as blunt as I could.

Yuu Yokoyama is a brilliant actor btw. I mean, I love Sho. I can only sum Sho up in this; jaslkksklskljjfklladkf;a;F;f;l;lsl;l; because I cannot describe him in words but Yuu wins Best Actor for this series and not to mention he's really hot in a creepy way. (Sho is cute/hot DEFINITELY but... Kamiyama is a bit of a weak character and doesn't have 'it' that Honma has, so he's just cute in a helpless kind of way.) Honma is my favourite character as well (I know I'm being a bad Sho fan). NOBODY knows what he's thinking (in the show and irl, except maybe the guide) and even now, nobody knows his true intentions and next week (I assume) is the season finale? And why don't I say Kamiyama? Well, Kamiyama doesn't even know what Kamiyama is thinking. :D Kamiyama is too guided by Honma and is simply a pawn in Honma's game. I don't hate Kamiyama, I guess I feel he can't really do much without Honma because he relies on him so much. I'm liking how Kamiyama is standing up for himself though lately. :D

THIS IS A RARE SIGHT! I NEVER, EVER, SAY THIS KIND OF STUFF WHEN SHO IS STARRING IN A DRAMA! Especially since I didn't know Yuu existed before the drama.

I love this guy. He hangs out at Honma's Kamiyama keeping place all the time and warns him about his path and they discuss philosophy and ethics (probably but I don't have the subtitles yet and didn't catch what they said lol), but doesn't free Kamiyama. It's like, "Don't go down the path I went down but I won't stop you lol as long as you provide me with shelter"

I hated when Honma cried at the beginning.

And I hated it even more when Kamiyama cried.

For some reason when cute boys cry, I feel like crying.

OH AND...

KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMIYAMA! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! You can see him yell KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMIYAMA! in this screencap. (I've completely erased the crying!Honma screencap from your mind)

Speaking of KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMIYA I love how they communicate by looking at each other. This is the: "I'm not taking your orders anymore you albino creampuff" look (extra win if you get that reference)

So KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMIYAMA did not kill Misaki. Instead he pulled out the tool out (which was... silly to do... aren't you meant to leave it in... so they don't... die? Kamiyama fails at first AID) so does that mean someone stabbed Misaki? Or is that some kind of piece of the plane? It looks like a spatula (I think). but why would Kamiyama carry around a spatula? Better yet, Honma, WHY AREN'T YOU FIGHTING KAMIYAMA IN THE RAIN WITH YOUR SHIRT OFF YET?

I'M SO CONFUSED

SHE'S NOT STABBED HERE! (She would be bleeding) It's hard to know if this is an actual error on the show or to do with this show. DAMN!

This was the whole reason the photo had Misaki and Kamiyama in it - because of this moment, Reina discovering it.

I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I SAW THIS SCENE! I love Honma's face. He's so happy to see Kamiyama is alive. They must've been close friends.

But even MORE is added to the Kamiyama/Honma history by this scene.

This scene is from when Misaki is taken to hospital. Kamiyama is obviously not... in a hospital bed.. like the scene above. We are the quickly introduced to the scene above this one and this one below.

Kamiyama... fell out a window? Or off a building? This must be after the Misaki incident - Kamiyama doesn't remember Misaki and Honma is very upset. I doubt Honma was the cause of it since he is so upset Kamiyama can't remember I doubt he'd do anything that would possibly make him lose his memories.

Posting this for my blogspot readers (if I have any - this is not posted on my LJ version of this entry), an interesting point was brought up during the week at The Quiz Show LJ community (where I frequent lol)... I can't work out if it's funnier or he's ripping on Kamiyama.

I hope he is MC just for the whole reason of a Honma Dream Chance Dance, which will definitely go down in history and I will personally upload to youtube and will probably watch more than Honyama scenes combined. Honma from Season 1 has come to warn Honma! I KNEW IT! OMG! He says he's worried of the path Honma is going down, but Honma says he's different. Yeah... I heard Honma from Season 1 had Kamiyama from Season 1 (I know this sounds confusing but bear with me) literally afraid of him and bullied him into remembering his memories, whereas Honma in this season promises he'll "save" him and that he is Kamiyama's only hope, so Kamiyama is dependent on him and he abuses him. I cannot work out who is the sickest of these two men. Complete abuse or false hope?

I am very well aware I need a life, as I write this at 1 AM, but but but... HQ OMG (I downloaded the HQ version so I can forever watch it on my laptop). NINO'S BUM IN HQ.

Everyone who follows me on Twitter knows how much I tweet about this. I am surprised myself alone didn't make "Ninomiya" (We call him Ninomiya on Twitter for the fact that "nino" is something that commonly appears in a European language xD) and "Crazy Moon" trending topics.

That being said, most people who I've spoken to on twitter have been totally obsessed with Nino in this clip. Even if they're not Nino fangirls, they're obsessed with him. He's referred to as CrazyMoon!Nino. Honestly, I don't know what it is either and I feel obsessed with him in this video more than usual. I think it's his shoes. Lol. They make him look like a midget, and then he goes on to do cute things, like lift up his foot, and spin around in circles at 1:45

I know I didn't post Ashita no Kioku because honesty, I love Crazy Moon so much more *gets stoned to death*, but I LOVE how their hair is different for the different moods of each PV. I think the only one without a hair change is Aiba, but Aiba always has sexy hair. Jun's hair didn't look like Fujisan in Ashita no Kioku and he looks so much better with straight hair. He is really good looking, no doubt about it... but he needs better hairstyles *gets stoned to death even more*. SHO SHOULD DEFINITELY DO THE WAVY/MESSY THING MORE! HE PULLS IT OFF SO DAMN WELL! I apologise for the slightly later entry today, but I was meant to get my resume and introductory letter written up to be sent off to ECU (uni). I'm hoping to have everything uploaded by Tuesday to be sent off then as well. (It's an online application)... but I kinda got distracted by the Crazy Moon PV, and then I thought I'd do this. Procrastination at its finest.

I will avoid talking how HOT Sho looks in this picture because it will result in at least a paragraph on his hair alone and direct your attention to the picture below.

When I saw this, I thought this episode was going to end in delicious rape. (If Honma is not thinking of rape in this scene... well someone enlighten me to what he is really thinking of)

I especially like 1:10 because Nino puts his foot up and it looks cute. And then 3:50 he has a really cute smile. /is in a Nino fangirl mode.

I was actually the minority that wanted the Crazy Moon PV instead of the Ashita no Kioku PV. I was like x_X when Ashita no Kioku had come out, and Crazy Moon hadn't. And then it was uploaded about 6 hours later. Don't get me wrong, I like Ashita no Kioku but I saw a 15 second clip (commercial) of Crazy Moon at least a month and a half ago, and I've been obsessed ever since, and the Ashita no Kioku previews came out about a week or two ago, that were longer than 15 seconds, then the short version came out like three days ago, and then the full one. I hadn't seen anymore developments of Crazy Moon, which sucked... but now I have it and I LOVE the choreography and Nino's shoes and Nino's hair and Nino's clothing... I think the only thing I don't like is Jun's hair >_< ~~I actually like the PV for Crazy Moon and the song better than Ashita no Kioku~~ PLEASE DON'T STONE ME!

ANYWAYS LET'S GET BACK TO THE QUIZ SHOW!

Oh god, Sho is so hot in this scene. (He kinda reminds me of L, no?)

And Kamiyama Satoru (HE REMEMBERS HIS NAME!) was a popular student. The pieces are slowly coming together. I wonder if Honma and Kamiyama were very close friends or they were just classmates on friendly terms. I have a feeling Honma was either the jealous friend or the classmate who was bullied. It's intriguing.

This episode was actually really interesting. I was actually really interested in the contestant this time and less interested in the Honma/Kamiyama history because the contestant seemed to take control of the show, however I did notice Honma was a bit jealous.

Honma, please don't make it obvious.

But fear not Honma...

Someone other than Honma scares Kamiyama - this was the first event that caused him to be jealous.

Actually I must say, this contestant WAS really screwed in the head, but he was very interesting. Can every contestant be like him? Seriously. TQS was following the exact same format until tonight. I like it when it's different.

The show also had another turning point this episode.

Honma expressed more than one emotion.

Oh yeah I thought Saejima and her daughter were totally dead... and then they survived. Yay! I must say there were a lot of moments where I was like:

There is something unnerving about emotionless Kamiyama. He was dead serious this whole episode and had a monotone voice at the end. It was very creepy.

I was just amused by how fast Honma ran actually. In the screencap you can't actually see him run, but he's that blur in the middle, that's how fast he ran. You know what he was thinking.

Uni Chronicles: Part 2

Today has been very good in terms of unis. :D

I rang up ECU and I cannot even express how helpful they have been for me. They have helped me out SO much. I don't think I'm gonna hear back from Curtin since it's been 4 weeks, so now I'm onto ECU.

I know people are like... "ECU IS NOT A UNI" and "LOL SUPER TAFE" but... I think ECU is good.

Ok I'll tell you how helpful they were. I called them up and MADE SURE to tell them I hadn't done TEE or a Cert IV LOL... this girl told me to email her my statement of results so she can see if my grades are good enough. Statement of results basically says all my grades, subjects studied, awards received and such, everyone gets one in the mail from the Curriculum Council at the end of Year 12. She emailed me back in about 10 minutes (I thought it was an hour, but her email went to Spam lol) saying my grades were good enough to skip the prep course, and apply for portfolio entry. I'm SO happy. LOL. If my portfolio is good enough, I can get invited for an interview. I just need to certify my documentation, get a referee (we need two but I already have one - my principal wrote one for everyone) and write about why I want to get in (Which will require A LOT of bullshit) I'll sort this out over the weekend. I have applied online so far, up until where they want my documentations xD... and I have applied for three courses - Bachelor of Arts (Japanese), Diploma of Language Studies (Japanese) and the prep course, in that order... incase I fail to get into those two LOL at least I'll get into THAT and I can start the BA next year.

I have the feeling this is the start of something good.

people assuming I'm stupid because I don't have any qualifications.

I called up Curtin today because I thought, "Fuck it. It's been FOUR weeks since I handed in an application. It SHOULD'VE been processed by now and I SHOULD have an answer"

I got on the line with this lady who seemed to be talking to me like I was a retard saying that while my application STILL hadn't processed, I don't fulfill "minimum entry requirements" which are, a Cert IV OR TEE. According to your website, minimum entry requirements are secondary graduation, which I have done lol AND the Undergraduate Co-ordinator for that course told me I would have NO problem getting in, even after I explained the Cert IV and non-TEE to him he was like, "Lol doesn't matter" and even then the course says, "No requirements" I explained to her about 5 times I had told him I hadn't done TEE. For fucks sake Curtin, I expect this "you must've done TEE" shit from UWA. What the hell does TEE prove anyway? I could've gotten less than 60 on my TER (which will only get me into SOME courses, if any at all) and technically, I still did TEE. Is it something on paper that says I'm smart because I did harder subjects in school? Fuck you then - if you would accept someone with a low TER score than someone who worked their ass off (like me) in non-TEE, just for the fact that they did TEE.

I probably shouldn't get annoyed... this chick was just a Student Services person though, so I doubt she knows much about the uni and probably only plays minesweeper in the office all day.

I know this blog is not a very good example of my intelligence but I really am tired of people thinking I'm a dumbass for doing non-TEE and currently holding only a Cert II. I did WELL in non-TEE - for fuck sake, I got 5 A's and I TOPPED the state in Graphic Design and got in the top 4 for Photography, topping the public schools. Sure it might not be good for a languages course, but surely it must mean something? Only 90 something kids in Western Australia were awarded with what I got... (See I am not just a brain dead fangirl)

I was thinking about seeing the guy at Curtin again and discuss more of the course with him, and what I might need to do to get in... or why no one has looked at my fucking application, but I realised there really is no point. Curtin are being lazy fucks, so I'm just gonna forget about them and apply for ECU now. At least with ECU I can try for a portfolio entry. I know everyones like, "LOL ECU IS NOT A UNI" or "LOL ECU SUPER TAFE" and I DO like the Curtin course better because the electives seem interesting (and it's more recognised), but really... I just want to study Japanese... and I'll try my best to find good electives.

They really don't give us much of a choice if we don't do TEE to redeem ourselves if we hate our course, I guess is what I'm saying.

Before I start, I have to ask...

Am I the ONLY one in Perth who honestly doesn't care about the sun rising / setting an hour later? I feel like I'm the only one in this town who does NOT care about it. There are BIGGER problems than the sun rising an hour later. Please get the fuck over it, everyone. You can tell we live in a really boring town when Daylight Savings is the biggest problem evaar. (I'm totally being serious. It's a huge deal.) I still think the biggest problem in Perth is the lack of Honyama.

Hint: Do NOT ask people from Perth, Australia about Daylight Savings. You won't hear the end...

NOW ONTO THE QUIZ SHOW xD

I missed the first five minutes and realised THAT was the Honyama scene. ARGH.

These two are definitely my OTP.

Honma does his creepy ninja thing. I reckon his stare has the power to open doors. Is Kamiyama wearing eyeliner? (I honestly have to go back through and add in the i, I ALWAYS write it as Kameyama now. I'm an idiot)

So from these scenes, we work out they are classmates. (Where's Honma?) I think Kamiyama should be the only one worried about Daylight Savings, he's getting WAY too many hours of sunlight. (Look at how much light there are in these scenes...)

And from this scene, it seems to me like they were boyfriend and girlfriend (unless they just sat close together, which I DON'T think)

I think I LOL'd at this for about 20 minutes.

I should probably focus on what they say and NOT that huge Kamiyama poster in the background.

Oh and who the fuck is this guy? He said "Honma" at the end of the preview... I think he's gonna say, "I know everything about you" like what he makes Kamiyama say. I HOPE SO BECAUSE HONMA LOOKS SO FUNNY WHEN HE IS SCARED (which only happened when Aya saw him, but I remember he looked funny). I have a feeling this has something to do with the incident from 2 years ago, and not the one from 8 years ago (the one we keep seeing) and I have a feeling this guy will FUCK with Honma's plan big time, like Ikehata fucked with Naruse's plan in Maou.

I am well aware I need a life.

But... how was I know this was gonna come out today? xD

Can I just say I LOVE Sho's hair? GAH! It's so cute! He looks SO ADORABLE when his hair is wavy.

And I love Nino's hair.

And I like Jun's hair, which is probably the first time in 10 years I've liked his hair. Yes Jun you look hot! xD (See how the right hairstyle changes everything?)

And the way Aiba sits very much distracts me in not a good way... everything in the room is nearly white (like Sho's torture scenes) and Sho and Nino wear blue pants, don't you think I SHOULD be looking at the things that stand out against white? No, I look at Aiba's awkward position. Who the fuck told him to sit like that?

It's 26 degrees in Tokyo I ALWAYS GET DISTRACTED BY THE WEATHER IN THE CORNER. I'm convinced there could be a totally hot Honyama scene with Honma completely going at it, and Kameyama inbetween pleasure and "DO NOT WANT" (I'm liking dominated!Sho and dominating!Yoko) and now... I've filled my head with this scene... and it's replaying in my head... I tell you what, if I could be anymore happier now... I probably couldn't because this is the BEST scene I've ever imagined, ever and it should be in TQS. ~~Am I the only one who kinda wants a proper Sho torture scene? PLEASE... why am I so sadistic? I'm turning into Honma.~~ ANYWAY my point being, I would still probably notice the weather.

Is this in the final episode?

I mean it's not uncommon for Nino to be pointing guns at people or threatening them in his movies or dramas (or swinging shovels like in Letters) but... it's so obviously Ryusei no Kizuna and I do not remember it.

I think I was watching it and fell asleep. And never bothered to watch the final half, or thought I had finished it.

And I watched it when it aired, so that must've been like 6 months ago.

LOL.

I'm so stupid.

I watch the ENTIRE show and only half of the final episode.

NO WONDER IT SEEMED LIKE IT HAD NO CLOSURE!

I still don't even know who is behind the whole mystery.

I guess people who have not seen this movie won't know how funny this video is.

I mean you can appreciate how funny it is,

But you don't know the original scenes. xD

And if you're wondering

When I watched the first lot of scenes in the original, I didn't think they were hot because these two characters aren't friends, and they're sorta enemies (I don't know how to describe their relationship... they're acquaintances, but they don't really like each other, but they keep visiting each other?) UNTIL HE GRABBED NINO xDDDDDDDDDD AND HOW CLOSE HE GOT TO HIS FACE... and ~~I THOUGHT his hand was going to go further down... well I hoped. C'mon, I would love to grab Nino like that.~~ I have to learn to control my thoughts.

But the last one, I did NOT take as sexual as all. So I was so surprised to see it there and I LOL'd xD (You KNOW it's actually a serious scene when I don't take it as sexual)

I love how Nino looks the same from when he was 19 to now, and then he looked like that at 13 (So he looks the same from when he was 13 till now - 25 turning 26). He's gonna look the same when he's 80.

Everytime I watch this movie now I'm gonna LOL at this scene.

Edit: I watched Ao no Honoo again (Honestly, I just wanted to kill time and it's on my USB with subtitles, so I thought why not) and... now I'm going back to thinking these two cannot be a pairing. I know people pair up people that don't like each other (like Naoto and Naruse in Maou, wtf?) but... there's WAY too much tension between these two characters. Put it into perspective - he blackmails Nino's character (He says he'll shut up about Nino's 'secret' unless he gives him 300,000 yen) and Nino is the one who KILLS him. The ONLY reason he grabbed Nino was because Nino was walking away and pretty much saying, "Screw you" and it's not so much of a hot grab because he's got a knife pointed into Nino's side [It's only hot when you don't see the knife scene and don't hear him threatening to kill Nino]

I also realised why I thought Nino was weak. That guy totally had him pinned to the ground. He was totally pathetic in that fight scene in this movie. He was pretty lucky to have a knife there and kill him

The Quiz Show - Episode 4

Excuse me I have been at work the last 6 and a half hours and have a headache from rushing around for an hour serving people who either want their bread sliced MEDIUM (When there is only THICK AND THIN. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE) or... "so... what's a crusty loaf? hmm that doesn't sound good. What's that loaf like?", but now I'm eating a muffin from work. Seriously, if you live in Australia, go get Brumbys Jaffa muffins. I'm addicted to them! So when I'm not at work... I eat things from work. And such is life.

ANYWAY

I'm inbetween with this episode.

I LOVE how much added to the 'history' there was but most importantly...

I'm so disappointed by the lack of Honyama scenes in this episode. They weren't even in the same room together. Honma BETTER have his face in Kamiyama's hair next episode or something equally as hot next episode to make it up. I had to rewatch the ending for Episode 3 and 1 to satisfy my Honyama need.

SO FIRST LET'S TALK ABOUT THE NOT PLOT DEFINING MOMENTS.

I LOVE Aya's hair

I LOVE Kamiyama's random burst of energy (Was it a dance?) But that ALMOST made up for the lack of Honyama.

AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO NOTICED WHEN HE JUMPED, HIS HAIR LANDED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT? I LOL'D FOR AGES.

Sho REALLY DOES HAVE HUGE EYES! I'm in NO WAY picking on him because my eyes are that big most of the time (except when I wake up and I usually look like this -_-) His eyes are absolutely adorable!

PLOT DEFINING MOMENTS:

This episode was chock-full of plot development between Honma and Kamiyama history (except they skipped the most character defining scenes - the end scenes)

My theory NOW:

Kameyama and Honma WERE extremely good friends from childhood.

Misaki was Honma's sister OR FRIEND and Kamiyama's lover.

~~Honma got jealous because he wanted to be with Kameyama, made Kameyama kill her and kept Kameyama all to himself~~

Honma got a girlfriend (the girl in the picture he is with) but really loved Misaki but kept denying it because 1) He is her brother 2) He is the really shy friend

Slowly over the years he got more insane and very angry at both of them because he wasn't happy in his relationship and they were happy.

So he was like, "HEY LOL LET'S GO ON A CAMPING TRIP" and somehow manages to nearly drown them all. He regretted this later, obviously because he realised what he had done but was too afraid of recovering the bodies. His girlfriends body was never found but he then sees Misaki and Kameyama still alive like in the scene above. Misaki is dying but extremely slowly and she tells him to kill her. Kameyama doesn't want to but after he sees she really wants it and the pain she is in, he kills her. (It's OBVIOUS from his choice of 'stabbing tool' that it was spontaneous and not planned at all). Honma sees and screams at Kameyama that it's 'his fault' that Misaki and his girlfriend are dead (Because he made him angry, and he killed Misaki) and why he was so depressed in his relationship. Kameyama, being in the fragile state of mind, ends up losing his memories due to post-traumatic stress. Honma is annoyed he doesn't remember him murdering his sister / one true love and locks him up in his room and decides to try to get him to remember by giving him "hints" of that day. (I still need to work out how Honma knows these people, like Mika... she spoke to Kameyama for not even 2 minutes. How does Honma know about people like her or Morita? (THE GUY IN THE LAST EPISODE, I FORGOT HIS CHARACTER'S NAME AND I RECOGNISE HIM AS MORITA FROM HONEY AND CLOVER SO HE SHALL BE MORITA FROM NOW ON) who only BUMPED into Kameyama when it was only him and Kameyama around.

I am CONVINCED there is a 4th person involved now.

Why would they show Misaki's face for the first time, then cover up her face in the photo?

And it's clear as day Honma and Kameyama know each other from before.

Why yes, he is cute.

I'm actually glad Sho is the one who plays Kamiyama. Could you imagine Nino playing him? Nino would do an amazing job, considering he is an amazing actor (I recommend Letters from Iwo Jima and Ao No Honoo if you want to watch a Kazunari Ninomiya film and be amazed at him) and the best at acting out of Arashi (and I would go as far as the best actor in JE considering the whole Hollywood debut thing). But... he looks so fragile. Sho looks at least like he can withstand some emotional/physical torment, Nino... doesn't. He looks like he'd get really hurt from the physical torment (which isn't much at all, but he looks so fragile), and cry everytime he got emotionally tormented. Every episode would break my heart. Even when he played Saigo, I was totally scared because he looks so fragile and weak to be in a warzone and thought it was gonna be, "Bye bye Saigo" any minute. I can see why Clint Eastwood wanted him as Saigo and not Shimizu, because Saigo is meant to be a fragile character. Like, seriously Honma would probably break his bones just by pulling him close.

Anywho, if Nino was Kamiyama, Honma has NO heart. Torturing Nino is like torturing a puppy.

So I pretty much awwed at this photoshoot (these pictures in particular) for two whole minutes.

I am CONVINCED Honma is a ninja. And yes this scene above happens within 5 seconds. How does he magically appear in Kamiyama's room when he opened a lock in the first episode? Lol I'm convinced he's a ninja, or he climbs in through the window. "Door is for losers. I need more adventure in my day. WINDOW!"

I love how he gives him a mirror but not a shower or toilet.

I actually think Sho's character (I go inbetween calling him Kamiyama, Sho, and Sho's character but they're all the same people) is A LOT more of an asshole than people think. Unless Honma is the most sadistic person to ever exist and gets very great pleasure out of it I cannot see why he would do something so horrible to someone else. The Quiz Show - Episode 2 + Life

I really cannot be bothered with TAFE. I seriously can't. My holidays have consisted of staring at my TAFE work, I WANT to do it, but I can't knowing that I'm going to uni and not finishing the course. I'm just gonna skip a few classes this week. Mum wants me to stay on until I know I'm accepted into uni, but she sees how unhappy I am there and isn't sure. She said see how I feel this week, but as I said, I'm gonna be skipping some classes because I'm gonna get yelled at. Now, where to go... are there any good places in Perth except the city? (Where my TAFE is). I can't go home, otherwise Mum'll be like, "Why aren't you at TAFE?" xDDD I might just bum around the city for a few hours then go home before that class starts. It's not that I like Perth city, I do, but when you're there 4 days a week, it gets boring quickly. I can't believe I have to go in tomorrow.

I made it when I was trying to do TAFE work roflmao.

I was on asianfanatics.net or whatever, and they have awesome galleries that are updated weekly and I thought Nino looked cute in that photo. While I know I can make better graphics than that, it'll do for now. It only took me 30 minutes. xD

Mum reckons I'm really stressed out about it (?) and says it's not worth it going in if it's causing me so much stress.

Maybe I surpress my stress? Not sure. I have been feeling okay, but my body says otherwise which is what she's basing it on methinks. I'm only dreading TAFE because I haven't done my work and when you don't do your work, the lecturers yell at you and I'm not in the mood atm to be yelled at, I'll probably snap or break down into tears.

Thing is, what do I do when I'm not doing TAFE? I'm doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I'll study some more Japanese because I have the CD from my teacher. See? Japanese homework was the only homework I did! So I WAS somewhat motivated in my holidays, but I could not sit my ass down and do TAFE work. I'll probably pick up more shifts at my work as well during the day to pay for my uni books. One of the girls who worked through the day quit like a week ago, so I might be able to get shifts easily.

I know I haven't gotten in yet, but I should get in because I have some knowledge of the language. I mean, I know most beginners stuff which isn't that impressive but it shows an interest.

Okay let me post about my boring life.

I'm applying for Asian Studies at Curtin today with a major in Japanese language and culture, hoping to get a job in Teaching English, Tour guiding, Translating or something similar.

I'm atm at TAFE studying Cert IV in Design which I hate.

I begin uni in July and I get notified if I get in or not in two weeks.

If I get in, should I give up on my TAFE?

I'm not gonna get my qualifications anyway due to the fact I'm leaving halfway through the year AND the units I am finishing this semester I won't pass because I'm not surrendering my entire time to the course... which is what they want and the only way you can pass the course (I am being serious here)

I actually do have other commitments like work and Japanese classes (I haven't watched Japanese TV until recently, went through the term without watching a dorama, I actually gave one up to do TAFE!!) which I do enjoy more than my TAFE but because I have these commitments I can't pass my course.

But if I go somedays and not others, my lecturers will be like, "OMG YOU WEREN'T IN CLASS LAST WEEK!"

Mondays are pointless to me because those two classes continue until the end of the year but I have the same lecturer for a Tuesday class and he'll be like, "OMFG WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?"

Maybe I'll just go on Wednesdays (Colour and computer classes are my favs) for something to do or work a lot more and just ditch TAFE altogether.

I can't see much point in TAFE and they're either:

1) Gonna get mad at me for not doing the work good enough [which is not much different to what's happening now]

2) Gonna get mad at me for not coming

3) Gonna get mad at me for dropping the course.

Awesome.

I know people who did the first few weeks of TAFE in my class, but dropped out and I have never seen them again. I'm thinking of that.

My thoughts on The Quiz Show

Please tell me I was not the only one who repeated this scene more than twenty times.

I don't like to watch it much because it's a creepy scene, but... dude... TOUCHING AND HUGGING!

God I LOVE how sadistic Yoko's character is... I didn't even know he existed a week ago, and now I'm saying he's totally hot when he's being sadistic. Like, seriously... emotionally bullying someone then hugging them and saying, "大丈夫" (It's alright/Everything's fine) you don't get much more sadistic than that and the tone of voice... omg, why is it so hot?

Can you tell I totally love the not obvious pairing between these two?

That being said, you'd think this would be the LAST type of show Johnnys people like Yoko and Sho would do, not that I mind... bring on the psychological torment <3>

ONE THING I DON'T LIKE... I thought Sho's character was the creepy one, when I couldn't be further from the truth. (He's there for Yoko to emotionally bully, so complete opposite). I thought Yoko and Sho were kinda tag-teaming, which they are... I think... but Sho completely depends on Yoko and is manipulated to be creepy, which is different to acting creepy (like Yoko)... *sigh* I SO WANTED SHO TO ACT LIKE A CREEPY GUY! This show would be so much better if Sho was the creepy, dominant one. (I'm changing my blog over to adult content now) He doesn't seem like the victim type of guy (not that I mind, more Sho amirite?)

I LOVE HOW MISREPRESENTING THE AD AND THE COMMERCIAL IS. (The commercial and ad are totally screwing with my mind too)

BUT I WAS NOT EXPECTING ANY TOUCHING/HUGGING SCENES LIKE THIS. IF ANYTHING I LIKE IT MORE... oh god I hope there's more next week. I'm gonna start screencapping these scenes. <3

Haaaiii dudes,

I thought I might start this

I always start blogs and never post in them lol

So I'll attempt to write in this one frequently.

I guess you need to know a bit about me before I write this

My name is Kate

I'm 17, turning 18, but act like a 14 year old

I am currently at TAFE studying Graphic Design.

Which I may or may not drop out of in the middle of the year if I'm still failing Typography (lol don't ask). If I am I will move onto ECU and study Graphic Design/Photomedia majors.

And when I'm not studying Graphic Design I'm

1) Working my part-time job at Brumbys, a bakery

I've worked there since September 2008 and I love it, I won't be quitting it soon

2) Studying Japanese

More of a thing that will happen soon. Next weekend I start Japanese lessons that will run yearly. Woo!

I have an interest in Asian pop culture, I will talk more about Asian movies/dramas/music than English movies/dramas/music. This love for Asian cultures grew into a love for languages and is what lead me to take up Japanese classes. When I compete my studies in Graphic Design (roughly 5 years) I am planning on going to Curtin university and majoring in Korean and minoring in Chinese.
